连日来，意大利等欧亚国家确诊病例持续攀升，作为CIELOBLU基路伯亚太区运营中心的命运共同体，意大利PV.COLOR集团总部同胞们的安危不仅时刻牵动着大家的心，CIELOBLU品牌供货源是否受到影响，也引发了全球CIELOBLU运营商的关注，针对现在CIELOBLU品牌货品储备以及新的订单到货事宜，CIELOBLU基路伯亚太区运营中心特此作出如下声明：
一、面对意大利严峻的疫情形势，CIELOBLU基路伯亚太区运营中心CEO冯星俊先生已第一时间联系意大利PV.COLOR CEO Christian Saronni，在了解到总部同胞安全和当地医疗防护物资紧缺的实际困难后，迅速协调各方力量提供支持和帮助，以实际行动驰援总部抗击疫情。
二、2020年第一季度，尽管受到新冠肺炎疫情冲击，但CIELOBLU基路伯在华发展依然保持着强劲态势，终端市场产品持续旺销。CIELOBLU基路伯亚太区运营中心未雨绸缪，提前战略布局成果显著，目前不仅仓库货源储备充足，原定3月中旬抵港的3个货柜，虽因本次疫情有所耽误，但经确认该批货品也将于4月中旬顺利抵港，结合海关商检以及疫情期间的特殊检查时间，4月底前可确保到达中国区仓库。与此同时，意大利PV.COLOR集团总部在做好疫情防控的情况下，生产及物流部门均能在短时间内恢复正常运作，力保市场的稳定供应，敬请中国区CIELOBLU经销商朋友和消费者放心。

Dear CIELOBLU China partners,
Given the recent epidemic of COVID19 and rising confirm cases in both Europe and Aisa, the safety of staffs in PV COLOR Italy, as well as the supply of product arouses wide concern of CIELOBLU global partners. Based on the current situation regarding inventory and of upcoming orders of product, CIELOBLU APD operation centre has following statement.
Xingjun Feng, CEO of CIELOBLU APD contacted Christian Saronni, CEO of PV COLOR Italy immediately after hearing the outbreaking of epidemic in Lombardy. In awareness of safety of staff in company and difficulty in resourcing medical supplies, Feng took concrete actions to assist the headquarters to combat the epidemic by contacting local suppliers and mailing face mask and other medical supplies to Italy.
In the first season of 2020, sales in terminal market of CIELOBLU China remains a strong rising trend, dispite the hit of COVID19. Luckily, CIELOBLU APD operation centre takes precautions by layout stategy and inventory preparation in advance. Therefore, the inventory is abundant enough to meet customer demand. Due to the imapct of epidemic, three containers scheduled to arrive in mid-March are delayed to mid-April. After customs and particular inspection during special period, these products are expected arrive to Shunde storage in late April. CIELOBLU partners and customers please rest assured that in premise of controllable epidemic prevention, manufactring and logistics in PV COLOR Italy will return to normal ensuring stable supplies in short time.
