本次培训，先由资深boss黄总亲自对先越门窗各系列产品的特点以及安装使用方法等做了详细的讲解。每个细节都讲解的非常到位。通过现场的实例展示，完美的展现了先越门窗的表面处理特色，也使与会人员受到了极大的启发。同时也为将来的发展指定了一个方向。

其次大区经理讲解了如何对我们的产品的营销与产品管理的问题，提出了先了解产品再去销售产品的思路，传承了公司宗旨做到了解客户需求，针对客户需求而开发新产品，研发出领先于市场营销的新型产品。随后开展了关于本公司产品的知识测试，各参会人员奋勇抢答。

知识测试过后开始对公司的各系列产品进行了系统的介绍，让在会人员再一次深入了解产品以及产品的性能。最后黄总阐述了本公司产品的优势：技术先进，质量过硬，拥有自主研发团队进行严苛研发测试，大型生产厂房，拥有数十项发明、实用新型、外观设计专利，产品独具一格。生产检验、成品检验、发货检验等多道检验工序，专业检测品控中心、专职质量检验人员、先进的质检质量，达到国际标准。
